Rainbow Collard and Lentils Raw Salad

A colorful and beautiful raw salad made by my daughter, Priscila.

INGREDIENTS 

  1. Sprouted lentils
  2. Swiss rainbow chard
  3. Extra Virgen Olive Oil
  4. Lemon or lime
  5. Onion
  6. Cilantro
  7. Himalayan salt
  8. Orégano
  9. Parsley
  10. Turmeric
  11. Cayenne pepper to taste
